Nauchnyi Avto-Traktornyi Institut, Moscow, USSR.
NATI was Scientific Automotive-Tractor Institute, specially created for design of cars, trucks, busses, motorcycles, tractors, snowmobiles, engines, chassis units, gas producers etc.. Many of designs were never implemented. All the cars were either only designed or built in few examples.
